The Broken Friends Tour!

WAX MANNEQUIN hits the treacherous Trans-Canada again with the one man miracle, ANDY MAGOFFIN (who will be touring a special, solo Two-Minute Miracles performance). The two are taking a travel break from recording Wax Mannequin's new album at Andy's House of Miracles recording studio in London, Ontario to play the following shows.

Wax Mannequin wins Male Artist of the Year @ 2007 HMA's!

Congrats to Wax Mannequin for taking home the award for Male Artist of the Year at the 2007 Hamilton Music Awards last Sunday November 18. WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU! :)

It was also very cool to be nominated for the Label of the Year award. Thanks to all who voted for us and Wax!

Sounds of Black Mountain Music & Friends!

Hey all,

Just wanted to let you know about a cool series of shows our good friends at Black Mountain Music are putting on at the Concord Cafe in Toronto.

The second Sounds of Black Mountain Music is going down on October 16th at 9:00PM (sharp!) and will feature Infinite Heat's own ever entertaining Wax Mannequin, the ever enigmatic Mark Raymond (Golden Lake Dinner, Rainbow Meow?), and the amazing Terra Lightfoot. The Concord Cafe is located at (Bloor and Ossington, right next to Long & McQuade). $5 to get in and food available!

Goodness Gracious

Hey Everybody,

Wax Mannequin is finally home from his epic tour of Canada and a wonderful time was had by all!

The critical response to Orchard & Ire has been so enthusiastically positive that we can hardly keep track of all the wonderful things that are being said of this masterpiece!

Orchard & Ire has also been piercing the ears of campus radio listeners all over the country, landing him in the Earshot top 20 for the month of August!

While on the beautiful west coast, Waxy was able to pop into CBC Radio 3 in Vancouver for a quick chat. You can listen to the delightful CBC interview and read the awesome reviews on Wax Mannequin's artist page (click 'ARTISTS' on the red menu bar above), and we highly encourage you to do so immediately!

The INFINITE HEAT online shop has also officially launched, so you can buy Wax's latest as well as The Price via paypal. You can also download Orchard & Ire via iTunes! Neato. More to come in the shop (ah-hem, hot apparel!) VERY SOON!
